CYA(R) Technologies today announced the introduction of CYA
Recycle Bin(TM), a Web-based, user self-restore solution for
enterprise content management (ECM) systems. This new product makes
CYA the only company offering a solutions portfolio that fully
protects organizations from the inevitable consequences of ECM partial
information loss incidents by ensuring granular recovery and object
integrity without any system or application downtime.

More than 80% of information loss incidents affect not the entire
system, but rather one, several, or thousands of pieces of
information.* These partial information loss incidents result from
programmatic, administrative and logical errors, human errors,
malfeasance, and corruptions. The incidents cause the loss or
corruption of metadata (workflows, audit trails, digital signatures,
etc.), which is often more valuable than the content with which it's
associated. Ramifications of losing content and metadata include
compliance risk, lost revenue and productivity. To effectively protect
against the effects of ECM partial information loss incidents,
solutions enabling granular recovery of complex information structures
