ShrinkMyTunes quadruples the Storage Capacity of iPods, MP3 Players and Mobile Phones, Including the Newly Launched iPhone.

LONDON, July 25/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — – Z GROUP plc’s revolutionary technology, ShrinkMyTunes, compresses MP3 audio files giving customers 4 times more storage capacity on any audio device, such as iPods, MP3 players, PCs, laptops and even mobile phones, including the newly launched iPhone.

ShrinkMyTunes will be available for only GBP19.99 from www.shrinkmytunes.com and HMV flagship stores throughout September and October. This will be followed by a nationwide launch in retail stores such as PC World, Tesco and WH Smith.

ShrinkMyTunes’ compression of MP3 audio files is achieved through proprietary encoding and heuristic optimisation algorithms developed by former NASA scientists. The compressed audio files are compliant with the industry standard MP3 format and remain in MP3 format after the compression has taken place.
